No. Addresses created after 2022 may be missing, and the lookup does not certify a valid postal code or postal delivery. Use the coordinates to explore the place and check the current address before planning a visit or a delivery.
Open the Companies tab of the postal code you looked up. Each result brings the CNPJ, legal name, trade name, activity (CNAE) and registration status. Active ones come first; closed and unfit ones may also appear. An active registration does not confirm in-person service at the address.
Check the reference date shown in the neighbourhood result. Addresses refer to 2022; company records may have another date. The lookup is not a real-time confirmation.
Postal code, address, nearest point, postal codes by radius and companies by postal code are free. Neighbourhood charging for a radius of up to 2,000 metres is also turned off at the moment. The paid pack expands lookups to the catalog data, without increasing the radius or changing the data source.
No. Lookups need no sign-up. Agents use their own credential for the individual catalog evaluation. To buy additional lookups, integrations accept pay-per-request or prepaid credit; the price and the confirmation come before any paid use.
